The Noble Rule

The Noble Rule, an original concept by Legacy University’s founder Julie Hadaway, expands on the Golden Rule and Platinum Rule and states “Treat others the way they NEED to be treated.” It combines tough love with genuine intentions to empower and elevate those we lead. This is the most honorable form of leadership and is intended for people in a position of influence, whether that be in a professional or personal capacity.
