Meet Your Instructor
Julie Hadaway has spent most of her professional career in higher education, starting at International Business College and most notably teaching in the Lou Holtz Master of Science and Organizational Leadership program at Trine University. She has also developed and facilitated leadership, business, and communication courses for Trine’s School of Professional Studies, Ivy Tech Community College, and FWCS’s Early College Program at Wayne High School. In harmony with her experience in education, Julie also built a successful training department from the ground up as the Director of Training & Development for a thriving financial institution.
She received her Bachelor’s in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Purdue University and her Master’s in Strategic Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Julie is currently facilitating and scheduling seminars, workshops, and strategic partnerships designed to strengthen the vitality of organizations by elevating leadership, refining communication, and enhancing reputation. Each engagement is built to transform how people show up for one another and for those they serve, aligning intention with experience to create lasting impact. Julie remains committed to elevating human behavior by bringing purpose to performance.

Julie has a passion to revolutionize what it means to live a life of purpose and meaning - not just in our personal endeavors, but in our professional careers as well. She has spent years refining her knowledge of Intentional Interactions and authentic relationship building while sharing these principles with a myriad of diverse audiences.

Her personal and professional experiences have offered a unique insight into the development of the most honorable form of human connection, known as The Noble Rule. She is determined to share her concept so that it may spread like wildfire in organizations across the country! These lessons will not only impact companies and their employees, but also the communities that they serve.
